Here are some links about the recent events in Côte d’Ivoire. The developments include the failure of Odinga’s mediation, Liberian President feelings about an eventual military intervention and Botwana’s Seretse Khama engaging in diplomatic relations with Ouattara. Also in the media this week, the Swiss “Lex Duvalier“, which would allow the Swiss judicial system to seize the assets of corrupted leaders and give them back to the countries.
On a side note, it is interesting to note the huge reaction on the Ghanaian blogosphere against Rawlings’ and Atta Mills’ position on the military intervention.
